Just wanted to leave some really positiv feedback after dealing with Paul from Alanwhite Cars.We were looking at a small to medium family car/suv. Paul was a pleasure to deal with. We test drove the car twice, and when asking if we could take it the second time for a longer ride (M50, town, etc) it was no problem at all. It really gave us confidence in the car and dealership. The car, 2018 skoda Karoq, with great spec was in very good condition.Paul was upfront of it needing a new passenger seatbelt (I think a dog got to it 😂) and 2 other minor things.They replaced everything with OEM skoda Parts at no extra cost (provided a receipt as well, and what skoda charges for a seatbelt is criminal 😱) fitted it and fully serviced the car. Of course it’s still early days, and buying a used car can always come with surprises. But so far , trade in value and all for our old capture , the experience was super nice!Thank you Paul for looking after us! 😊🙏

I bought a car for my daughter off Alan and Paul a few months ago. The car was exactly what I wanted and the guys made the process easy. After 2 months the car developed a pretty serious issue. I returned the car for inspection and Paul jumped on it straight away and got the car diagnosed. Some major works had to be carried out which they got done immediately at a considerable cost to themselves. Any car can have an issue but it’s how it is dealt with is what’s important. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the lads way of dealing with this. I made the correct choice in who I bought from. Alan is an honourable car dealer which is not easy to find.

I recently bought a Skoda CitiGo from Alan White Cars. Experience was fantastic from start to finish. The salesman, Paul, was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He has the car fully serviced, valeted, and NCT'd, and Alan even gave me a life from the Luas down to dealership to collect the car. I bought a 2016 Hyundai i20 deluxe from Alan 9 months ago. It had low mileage and was in great nick but I said I would wait and review when I had the car for a good while. I have had absolutely no problems with it so far - it's a brilliant car. I got a full service on it today and there was nothing to be fixed, it is running perfectly still. I would definitely recommend buying from Alan and I will happily go back to him next time I am changing my car!
